About me

Me, my husband, our baby girl and occasionally two teenage boys live in a smallish 3 room flat in one of the smallest capitals in the world.

Our home is not a large airy home filled with white walls and furniture of muted earthy tones. It would be more sensible to compare our little flat to one of those colorful tiny flats in Japan filled from floor to ceiling with shelves and shelves full of "things".

We may not have plenty of floor space but luckily there is one thing we have plenty of, and that is wall space, 3 meters from bottom to top, so if all else fails; If i'm looking for space, and there is none, I can always hang it on the wall and pretend it is a picture!

Occasionally the thought gets me, shouldn't we move somewhere more sensible, like suburbia (suburbia hell is more like it, not quite ready for that yet)? But no, the fact is, I love our little flat and our life above a strip club (yes... there is a strip club on the ground floor of our building)... Truth be told, we don't really notice, we can't hear them nor see them, so all is well).

I love creating things. That is what this blog is all about. Me showing off my wonderful, beautiful and colorful little creations. I spend my available time, knitting, crocheting or sewing. Not so much the latter as the sewing machine makes too much noise once baby has gone to bed!
